Aleksandar Ilić is one of the founding partners at IVVK Lawyers. He is a legal veteran and has experience across the length and breadth of the corporate, financial and real-estate law sectors. Aleksandar was a legal expert in the team for the preparation of the pre-prepared plan of reorganization for “Optika” ad Beograd; he carried out Due Diligence for company BIOLAND doo Belgrade and was instrumental in the takeover of Cyrus Energy – LP Gas. He is experienced in a multitude of industries includingenergy and natural resources, construction, IT, tobacco, chemical, pharmaceutical, gasoline, medical, and automotive industries. Aleksandar is experienced in the commercial law with a particular focus on investments and business processes. He has professional experience in a myriad of construction and infrastructure projects, as well as in Serbian legal framework for e-Government. Aleksandar boasts a work entitled ‘Investment Fund legislation in Serbia’, published by the “Belgrade Law Review”.

Miloš Vučković is one of the founding partners at IVVK Lawyers and also the Managing Partner. Miloš is a legal veteran and has experience across the length and breadth of legal proceedings in the real estate, energy and IT sectors. He is also highly proficient in corporate and financial law, as well as in restructuring with focus on corporate reorganisations, distressed acquisitions and public-private partnerships. Miloš is versed in both advisory and litigation stages of legal counselling. He is also highly experienced in international financial market regulations and client protection under the scope of MiFID I and II and MiFIR, with accent on cross-border financial markets disputes. Miloš is strongly skilled at M&As, corporate law, financial market regulation, labour and migration law.
Miloš is fluent in both Serbian and English languages.

Nikola is one of the founding partners at IVVK Lawyers and has led a distinguished career in the legal sector. He is experienced in the production and implementation of employment contracts, production of work rules procedures and customisation, preparation of the tender documentation for public procurement, elaboration of work safety and registration of trademarks and patents. He has also worked on the collaboration of joining business entities. Nikola is respected as an excellent communicator who is highly efficient and able to solve problems creatively.

Nikola Komnenović is one of the founding partners at IVVK Lawyers. He began his legal career in the Magistrates' Court as a Judicial Assistant where he gained unique insight into the inner working of law. Since then and many cases closed, Nikola has become an expert in several areas of law, including employment, IP, data protection, healthcare and pharmaceutical and litigation.

Branka Dželajlija has been a member of our law team since 2017. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, she started working as a Legal Trainee. In September 2020, Branka became a fully qualified Attorney at Law at the IVVK Lawyers. Her work focuses on corporate, labor law and real estate. She advises both public and private sector clients on all aspects of labour relations and labour law. Branka is particularly well-known for her work on issues related to the hiring and termination of employees. She continuously assists clients on various day-to-day legal matters, specifically on incorporation of businesses, drafting and negotiating corporate documentation and commercial contracts, bankruptcy proceedings, corporate restructuring and liquidation of companies. She has gained vast experience in real estate and construction industry, and is an active member of our real estate team. Furthermore, Branka also represents companies in all types of disputes.
Branka is fluent in both Serbian and English languages.

Aleksandar Čermelj is an Associate at IVVK Law Office. His main areas of focus are Corporate Law, Energy Law, GDPR, Dispute Resolution and International Law. Aleksandar is armed with in-depth legal experience, especially when it comes to the fields of Energy Law, Capital Investments and Corporate Law. He also has attended various international conferences regarding Arbitration, Innovations and Innovational Entrepreneurship, and has acquired many certificates, most notable ones being the certificate from Jean Monnet Module on Free Trade Agreements and European Integration of SEE countries, Certificate of Council of Europe – Regional School of Human Rights and Certificate on Introduction to German Contract Law.

Sandra Popović is an Attorney at Law in cooperation with IVVK Lawyers. She is skilled at representing clients in litigation law, as well as financial law procedures, with special focus on debt purchase and/or recovery, collection of receivables, and customer billing legal procedures.

Nadica Vučković has been a member of the IVVK team since 2017. In her considerable career, she has been the director of the legal and human resources department in the Textile Industry Zemun, the company Trudbenik, Sigrad Inženjering, as well as the Grand Hotel. She was engaged in the organisation of work, organisation and management of archives and representation before state bodies and courts. Nadica has worked on drafting all acts related to business and organisation of companies, property and legal affairs. She conducted negotiations to obtain locations for the construction of facilities and relocating the owners from those locations.
Nadica is an important and highly skilled member of our team. She provides both advice and administrative work expertise.
She speaks both Serbian and English languages.

Georgina has been a member of the IVVK team since June 2020. In her considerable career, she worked in the judiciary as a clerk in the Special Department of the District Court in Belgrade, the Special Department of the Court of Appeals in Belgrade, and for the last 7 years in the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime.
Georgina is an important member of the team. Without her, running our office and archives, as well as the extensive administrative work, would not be possible. She is in charge of Law Firm Records & Archives Management. 
She is fluent in both Serbian and Macedonian languages.
 

Nikola is a Junior Associate at IVVK Lawyers. Ever since he joined the IVVK law firm, he has crafted skills at representing clients in litigation procedures. Nikola is focused on varieties of Business Law and Intellectual Property Law.
